SERIES 500 "dia-PUMP" METERING PUMPS FOR HAZARDOUS AREAS
Neptune "dia-PUMPs" are hydraulically-actuated diaphragm pumps that provide leak-free metering of a wide variety of corrosive, flammable or hazardous liquids. The explosion-proof model is ideal for use in oil-and-gas, CPI, and a wide variety of other extreme environments. Series 500 "dia-PUMPs" feature check valves that are removable for inspection or cleaning without disconnecting piping. With capacities from 0.03 gph to 80 gph simplex and 160 gph duplex, Neptune Series 500 "dia-PUMPs" handle pressures up to 3,000 psi. They can be adjusted by micrometer dial, while running, through 100% of their operating range. Neptune "dia-PUMPs" feature the unique Variable Oil By-pass(TM) stroke adjustment which allows improved valve performance over variable linkage designs. Depending on the specific model, the pump's liquid end can be constructed of the following materials: 316SS, Alloy 20, PVC and Kynar. Automatic process control options include electric stroke length control, pneumatic stroke length control and variable speed control.
